Pandemic Policy

DUE TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC, WE ARE EXPERIENCING LONGER THAN USUAL SHIPPING TIMES.

Please allow 4-10 business days for processing orders. We do not ship on holidays and weekends.

 

When will I receive my order?

Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

Our standard order processing time is up to two business days. However, during new collection releases, we may need a little more time to process your orders due to higher than usual volume. Please understand that processing times may take up to 10-15 days or sooner before receiving a shipping confirmation e-mail.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

 

How long will my order be in transit once shipped?

Once shipped, all domestic orders will be shipped standard, so please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. 

 

What about International Shipping?

Customs Fees or Duties are not included in Checkout price. Customer is responsible for all Fees and Duties upon delivery.
